I found this template very easy to modify for our client who wanted a simple Dog Grooming website. Comes with artwork files to edit and information on typography. Has different page layouts so that you can find the best for your content. I junior web developer with limited html/css skills should be able to adapt the pages. Would have good to have instructions on replacing the splash page for the home page but was simple enough for a senior developer to make the change. Altogether very pleased with the contents.
