This tutorial shows how to use Language Overrides Tool in Joomla 3.x.

1. We are going to change “learn more” titles or any text constant using Language Overrides Tool.

   

2. Open the admin section, go to Extensions-> Language manager.

   

3. Open the Overrides tab, Click New.

   

4. You can make an override using Value or Constant. Let’s search for value learn more. In search results, you need to select the item, set the desired text in the text field and save the override. You may use the Save & New button in case you need to save this override and add a new one.

   

5. Refresh the page. We can see that the title is changed.

   

6. Let’s change the User name text by searching for the constant. Select Constant, input the MOD_LOGIN_VALUE_USERNAME constant. This constant is responsible for the user name text. Modify the text and save the changes. You may use Save & New button in case you need to save this override and add a new one.

   

7. Refresh the page. We can see that the title is changed.
