WordPress. How to deal with “Parent theme is missing. Please install the “CherryFramework” parent theme” error

This tutorial shows how to deal with ‘Parent theme is missing. Please install the CherryFramework parent theme’ error in WordPress.
In order to fix ‘Parent theme is missing. Please install the CherryFramework parent theme’ error, you should perform the following:

Make sure you have installed CherryFramework.zip into Appearance -> Themes in your WordPress dashboard prior to the themeXXXXX.zip installation.

Log into your FTP using the Filezilla or the File Manager in your Hosting Cpanel. Navigate to wp-content/themes directory. Make sure the cherry folder is called ‘CherryFramework’. If it has different name (i.e.’CherryFramework1′ etc.), please rename it to ‘CherryFramework’:

If the issue still persists, please delete the themeXXXXX(where XXXXX stands for your theme ID) folder from your FTP (make sure to make the backup first) and reupload it back into Appearance -> Themes in WordPress Dashboard or via FTP: to wp-content/themes directory.
